AI Audit Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using AI Audit (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

2. What AI Audit does

AI Audit is a productivity tool that helps you collect answers you copy from third-party AI services (such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) and merge them into a single document. The Extension does not generate AI answers itself and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any AI provider.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension. The free tier includes a 7-day trial with full access, after which a limited number of free rounds per day remain available.

Pro license: A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited use for the lifetime of the product. Your Pro license is bound to a single Google account email. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key. One license is valid for personal use on the Chrome profiles signed in with your purchase email.

4. Acceptable use

5. Third-party services

Your use of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or any other service is governed by those services’ own terms. AI Audit is independent and not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

6. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated and merged content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Extension is limited to the amount you paid for it (if any). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated (for example, license sharing).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
